We offer free shipping on all orders. Processing takes 4–6 days, followed by 8–12 days for delivery. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Due to logistics, items may arrive in separate packages.

To request a return or refund, please email us your order number, clear photos/video, and a brief explanation. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a free return label.

All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, box, dust bag, and accessories. Orders placed within 48 hours may be adjusted if not yet processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. All returns must be pre-authorized.
